[V8] now overhaul

... as reported here in the past ... the car I refer to as #@ is currently running just fine with an engine that has automatic cams in it, controlled by an MT ECU.  From my totally unscientific testing it seems that the engine is not quite as quick to rev as #344 ... but I don't know that this is completely due to the difference in cams ...
