Most VAG brake reservoir caps are the same. I used one for my coupe off a
Jetta. 25 Cents a the junk yard. Drilled the top, put in the fitting, and
used it. Worked fine. Add a short tube, about 1 and 1/2 inches on the inside
of the cap. When you take the pressure off, the tube will siphon the excess
brake fluid out of the reservoir and back into the bleeder. Less messy when
you remove the bleeder cap. Make sure the bleeder is below the height of the
reservoir when you release the pressure for the siphon effect to work.

I'm trying to put a pressurized brake bleeder together. My problem,
which I hadn't counted on, is finding a master cylinder cap. Does anyone
know if there's another cap out there available at my local NAPA or Car
Quest that fits my V8 ? Thanks, William
