The resivior popping off?  I would say that your pressure is much higher than 10-15 PSI as suggested. 

Use a regulator and keep the pressure reasonable.  One can always safety wire the resivior down to the MC. Then go ahead and pump the pressure up to 50 PSI or why not 120 PSI.  Bleeding will take place in no time ;-) .  Just wear a raincoat.
