[V8] Electrical Issues, related?

In mine, the pulsation was being caused by a slightly loose voltage
regulator. The alternator was relatively new so I simply tightened
the VR and the light pulsation was cured.
Not sure about the radio and turn signals though. I'd like to think
they aren't really connected, but I don't know that for sure.
