[V8] Shift console light

I'm pretty certain it can/should light up. Back a few years ago when we owned two V8's, my wives did light up, while mine didn't - both were 1990 models. It bothered me that hers did, but not enough to rip mine apart to attempt to replace the bulb - I read that it was a real pain to get to.
