[V8] Surging.... but not FPR,running temps. TCU required

[bblake1055 at aol.com]

Mine did the same thing and I just changed the O2 sensor and it ran like a champ.

I recall someone (Ken?) swearing up and down that replacing just the
t-stat did a good job to kill the surging issue.
