World Impex lists the gray one  034905381A  for about $100.  They're all
identical, gray or black, except for the lenght and  color of the wires and
connectors.  The sensors for 5k models have longer wires than the v8 ones.
I have a new 5k sensor I'm planning to install in the V8 that doesn't like
to start when it's hot.  Soon as I get my other project off the hoist.  The
sensor part looks just like the ones in the V8.
