[V8] Head bolts

That is a great article - thanks for posting it.  If this article is right
it sounds like we do have torque to yield bolts due to the last increment
being an angle instead of a torque value.  It still disturbs me that Audi
didn't say this in the shop manual, or at least I couldn't find it.  I
love being wrong!
