[V8] Update: 93 4.2 oil leak fixed!!!

I read, mind you a translation from German, that these TTY head bolts are in
fact reusable. It was a post on the der Audi V8er site.

Anyway we gave my 93 4.2 bolts about a 1/8?? turn (Morgan our tech did this)
a couple of months ago and it did in fact slow my oil leak a good 50%. Back
to manageable again. I use a 5W30 oil as well to keep the oil pressure down
and this helped too.

Once a gasket has a leak path established, concensus is it will tend to keep
leaking no matter what the compression on it is. But in this case the
increased clamp force has reduced the flow, which is what I was looking for.
I want to postpone any head gasket work perhaps until the next T belt change
is due, which will be a few years yet.

Hmm. I think they ARE Torque-to-yield bolts. Designed specifically
so for modern aluminum engines, where the expansion rate is 2x those
of cast iron. Which is why you don't want to re-use them. Or am I
mistaken?
