[V8] engine rattle

Uh, the serpentine belt is DRIVEN by the shaft including the viscous fan
bearing, I believe.  The oil pump bearing is on the shaft the timing belt
turns to run the oil pump.  Both are recommended for replacement every
other TB replacement.
