[V8] cold no-start

ambient  was around 32 deg. seems to be not enough fuel, tach shows life, new battery -- hey it
survived 15 min of cranking. no way to read data blocks, yet. trying a bypass of the sensor this
morning. if it dont start the car will sit and the wifes van (shudder) will be used.
