You might try the lighter.. if it's "area" specific a loose or cut cig.
Lighter wire (that moved when the tape was inserted) could be the
culprit.
Is the problem re-producible? On demand.. (it so then it hold up the
area specific theory)

First time the fuse blew, she was driving the car and had just loaded a
tape in the tape player. So it probably isn't the door wiring.
