[V8] RPM/Ignition sensor issues!

My understanding is that if you hooked 'em up backwards at the connector,
the engine shouldn't run because the sensors wouldn't be looking at the
right spot for the signal they're supposed to read.   I changed both when I
had one go bad because of it being such a PITA to get to.
