[V8] idle switch

There is no separate idle switch on the V8Q.  The TPS (Throttle Position
Sensor/Switch) incorporates the Idle and Wide Open Throttle Switch, as
well as a potentiometer used by the automatic transmission.  
The Bosch number was: 280 120 407 the last time I bought one (long time
ago) and cost $55.00.  
The Audi part number was 077 133 154 B, dealer wanted about 3 times what
I paid at the time.
Careful with the Phillips screws, they're made of Britshitium, a cross
between pot metal and butter.  Have some 8mm replacement bolts handy.
