[V8] Yesterday's experience: Almost NAC....

I've known a couple of people who lived in Hawaii. One of which is an aunt 
by marriage. From what I understand, the termites eat everything alive over 
there. Even pressure treated lumber.

As for Californian transplants, the reason for the flight is obvious to 
many. The only complaint I have is that towns like Coeur d' Alene are 
turning into yuppie filled over priced resort spots. As for gas, I can't 
complain too much. I pay less for premium in Idaho then the Washington 
people do for regular.
