Bet the ABS sensors are mis-aligned/bad causing the rear diff to  
lock.....this can also be caused by tires that are out of size (dia.) with each  other.
I had this issue with my first V8- solved it by replacing one abs  sensor and 
re-positioning the other in the front. Wasn't the rear sensors,  though that 
seemed kinda funny at the time.
