[V8] High Current Drain

Your 190 ma is of course the problem. The rule-of-thumb is 30 ma max. total
battery drain. Normally, one installs a current-measuring instrument
between the battery post and its cable (disconnected of course), then removes and
replaces fuses one at a time until the culprit is found. Are you taking into
consideration the "retained accessory power" feature that keeps some things
"lit up" (like the power windows) until the door is opened and closed? Is that
system working normally?

My favorite parasitic drain measuring tool is a 1-ohm, 10 to 25 watt
resistor. Install the resistor between the battery post and its disconnected cable.
Measure voltage across the resistor with a DVM. 1 volt = 1 amp .01v =
.01amp (10 ma), and so on. It's way to easy to fry a current meter when it's set
to a sensitive scale and you accidentally open a door or some such thing.
190ma, coincidentally, is about what you get with a small bulb, such as a glove
compartment light...
