[V8] V8 rear calipers shared?

Brian.. The regular 100/200 used a different caliper. The 200 20V, the
V8 the Early S4 (AAN Engine) and S6 (also AAN Engine) shared the rear
calipers. 

The Caliper #'s are Left 447 615 423 (x) for Rebulit
                    Right 447 615 424 (x) for Rebuilt

Well my two rear calipers are shot and my mechanic is having trouble
finding 
a passenger side one. Are these the same rear calipers as the 100/200 
models? If they are, I'll just as for a caliper for a 100/200 and I bet 
they'll be plenty.
