[V8] V8 Starter

The guy at the starter rebuild shop says he can do a complete rebuild for
$170.
He is going to have to make some bushings, but all other pieces
he had in stock - including the drive gear. More than I expected, but I
guess I get a new starter out of the deal. This sounds like the going
price for a Autozone rebuild unit too - but these guys will use real Bosch
parts. My flywheel teeth still look good but he said the bushings were
getting sloppy - and the result would be expensive ring gear wear.
