Getting in on this late, but thought I'd add a miniscule comment-

Rake can be tweaked easily by making adjustable perches on the rear
(basically coilovers).  Adds unsprung weight, though.  Along those lines,
the Eibach rear springs are better designed than the H&R's, because the dead
coils are on top (sprung) where they belong.  Rates are about the same.

 

At one time I corner-weighted the car with the rear perches (didn't take
much) and had it aligned w/ a 200# SOS in the driver seat.  Unacceptable
tire wear, though.  The car also did tend to tramline until I put the camber
back in spec w/ ETS camber plates.

 

The H&R spacers sound intriguing.  May have to sneak them in along w/ the
engine.
