[V8] The Ol' Starter Problem

I never even try to use the "correct" tool for this anymore.  I always use a
Craftsman "Bolt-Out" tool on the head of the bolt.  I find it too easy to
get the hex driver crooked and round out the bolt.  If the Bolt-Out gets
crooked, it just grabs even more.
