[V8] "No Mail" Option [WAS: Thank you all]

... just thought I'd take this opportunity to remind folks about the "No 
Mail" flag.  Only addresses which are subbed to the list can post without 
moderation (I have a little admin back door I use when I see responses to 
cross posts in the queue).  If you're one of the folks who does not have 
time to keep up with all of the traffic, and would rather not receive list 
traffic via a digest ... go into the server (there's a link at the bottom of 
this and every post and digest) to set you subscription options to enable 
the "No Mail" flag.  You will receive only one e-mail from the server every 
month (the subscription status message from the server).  You can monitor 
the list via the archives, and if you have a question or answer you'll be 
able to send it directly to the list.  This can also be helpful if you have 
multiple e-mail addresses from which you might want to post ... set all but 
the mailing e-mail subscription to "No Mail" on and it won't matter which 
account you post from.  There was a time when we didn't have to deal with 
this sort of overhead, but that was before the advent of spam.
