[V8] tricks and tricks for working in the V8's

this is a little bit off topic , but you know when we work on these cars
we need all the tips and tricks to help us complete the Job
.....superdave
 
1) you hands are dirty after working on your car ... TRY THIS :-) pour
into the Palm of your hand dishwashing soap 
   ( amount = American dollar ) now add two spoonfuls of sugar ....
clean away ...do not add water until you are  finished cleaning your
hands.
..........the sugar will dissolve only when you hands are wet . 
 
2) for leverage  on an box end open end wrench .... just place another
Box end wrench onto the end , now you will have leverage .
   ( leverage is done by the increasing the length of the tool . ) 
3) Traditional Trouble light .... you know how you go through light
bulbs when working on the car ... drop the light and it breaks the
filament !!
  try this , go buy one of the new fluorescent bulbs .... you will never
brake another light .
 
4) get an LED Headlight ... it fits on your head like a miner .... great
for when you are working under the car and only have two hands . 
 
5) you know  the microwave TV dinners you eat ... ( ha ha ) use the
little plastic container for mixing stuff or cleaning a small part etc
.... great to have . 
 
6) I have more but I don't want to bore you guys....... I'm sure you
have some tricks and tips that are better than mine ? .... Dave M
