[V8] V8 rod bolt torque

If you are going to mail order something from a dealer, it may save you
some time.
Of course, you still have the shipping time from Boise to
you, but if you have to get something from "across the pond", it
may help out a lot.

the dealer is Peterson Motors in Boise, and
you have to ask for Robbi. Beware though - they are not afraid of charging
the customary full list + 237% markup.
