[V8] V8 rod bolt torque

Hello,

Little late to this, but if your doing rod bolts why not grab some ARP
units?  After all they are VR6 parts.  I am doing this with a bit of a
spin can you say 8k?

SO just to inform the masses I am joining this special group and jumping
right into the deep end so please, don't feel bad asking questions on
the motor parts as I have many hours of research.

I am also building a 4.2L motor (as soon as it's in my hands) with all
sorts of goodies.
