[V8] thinking about selling - what's a good number?

I'm thinking about selling my V8Q, and wondering what it might be worth.
The impression I have is that the people here know what the value is,
and if the car is good (it is), I'd be more likely to get a decent price
here than in the local paper (rotsa ruck) or on eBay, where the goal
appears to be to steal things. In addition, I'd really prefer to see the
car go to someone who knows what it is and will appreciate it.
The car is a Pearl and black 1990, everything works except the cruise
and the parking brake. It has 157K on it, and I did the timing belt
about 2K ago, with the WP, ALL the rollers, the shock, and the plastic
gizzies as well. Everything came from Bruce, and I have the receipts. It
has relayed eurolights, sport seats and 16" A4 5 spoke sport wheels.
There's a decent supply of parts, too, including the original 15"
wheels, a DaLan hitch, some unobtanium body moldings, and a box each of
relays, misc. electrical parts, the original headlights, and a spare PS
pump.
Why am I selling? I'm really not sure. I'm also not really sure I AM
selling! (Sheesh, I'm sounding like Roger! Hi Roger!) I've inherited a
low mileage 01 Accord, which is stone boring, but also stone reliable
and never seems to need anything except fuel, and not much of that. It's
a dull car that just runs, and I don't have to be "involved" with it. I
also don't have anyone I need to impress with my "ride", and I'm
building two houses and a hangar (which is done), so I don't have a lot
of time to spend wrenching - although this Audi has needed very little
of that.
The thoughts of the group are solicited - maybe to talk me out of
selling it, or tell me the time is right, ideas of how much I should
look for, and so forth. What do YOU think I ought to do?
Best Regards,
Mike Arman
