[V8] LAC: File view program

I have never heard of that program or file format, but if you believe the
ascii text is in your files - but maybe surrounded by some other data, and
you have access to a linux, unix, or maybe even a Mac, you can use the
"strings" command line tool. It would look something like:
cat YOUR_FILE_NAME | strings
or maybe
strings
YOUR_FILE_NAME

If that makes sense to you, you can probably get
most of the text data out. If it does not - well you are not a unix nerd.
