Radek,
   Thanks for the thought - I don't think the brakes are dragging though. 
I have re-built the LR and I have disconnected the Parking brake cables,
plus took a hammer to the RR parking brake leaver to make sure it was
fully disengaged.  Besides, I don't smell brakes when I stop.  I think we
are fine there.
