[V8] MPG - Final Chapter for now!

Jason,
I'm  right with you. Full tune up, good gas, new 02 with 4th wire to engine
block ground and 600 mile trip at 80 MPH all highway and just squeaked by
at 21 MPG.  When I first got the car 2 years ago with none of the above
items, the computer would show 24+ MPG.  The computer always reads about
10% high compared to the hand calculation, but my MPG is no better than
yours.  (no chip here yet)
