[V8] Trailer hitch

Most do cut up the bumper, notching for the receiver (only the black  
bottom part).  However, when mine was installed, they just pushed the  
bottom bumper cover in, preserving it without cutting.  Mine was ~ 
$250, but that was ~8 years ago.
