[V8] PT vs. ABH intake

Good Q.  My understanding is the 3.6 (PT) IM has much smoother  
finishing and hence better flow, but understand that the throttle  
body on the 4.2(ABH) is larger, so... I'll let someone more  
knowledgeable on the subject chime in.
