[V8] Ball hone

3,6 engines before 10/91 have etched cylinders. 10/91 -> Nikasil. It was 
cheaper. And not as long lasting.

That is my concern as well --  but to clarify, aren't the 3,6 motors nikasil 
as well?  FWIW, I'm talking about any cylinder prep work for rings in my 
4,2.

On the PT or ABH-engine? Wouldn't do that. Early 3,6's (PT) (before 10/91)
have etched cylinders, and from 10/91 and all 4,2 (ABH) have Nikasil-treated
cylinders. I would imagine that honing them would mean that you will have to
re-coat/re-treat the cylinders.
