The Accumulator/Dryer and the Orifice tube can be found at any FLAPS:
they're used on many GM applications, thus the low price.
Flushing, yes, is only really done if the compressor lunches itself and
there are particles in the system BUT if you have the lines open, it's
not that bad to do it anyway. It's a cleaner that goes in and gets rid
of extra gunk, water, and oil. Any good shop can do this, as well as
vacuuming the system down.
For new oil, I believe Ester is the way to go.
