[V8] 1992 V8, west coast, eBay special

I got a pic from the seller.  Looks like some hacksawed the top
portion off right across where the top fastener goes.  And there
doesn't appear to be a gasket around any of it.  Also the cam gear
bolt is pretty beat up.  Makes me wonder about how the rest of the job
went.
