[V8] ABS Light

For a part that lists at $173.00, with a wholesale cost of $138.00, How can the truck part be a couple hundred dollars cheaper? I couldn't get a price on the freightliner part, but has anyone bought one and verified it works?

The part number I dug up is 441927803D.
