I second that, definitely sounds like the "Alfred E Neuman" syndrome. 
Missing or chipped flywheel teeth.  Should figure in the price of a
starter, fuel pressure regulator and rear main seal if you plan on buying
this.  Car does look nice,  strange to see it with right hand drive
though.
