[V8] e-bay fraud

Of course why did I not think of that when Paypal did not cover my 100$ 
I lost due to something not being sent. Why of course they lock thier 
account and have collectors call them thats as far as they can go! Good 
call paypal for tracing it works wonders... NOT!! It is a lose lose 
situation but then again till you have been a victim of it yourself you 
wont see that it can happen.

Sucks but such is life move on and be glad you did not lose like that 
guy did.
