[V8] e-bay fraud

I say Damage Control they say His problem. I do not trust ebay or paypal 
as far as I can throw them.

I have read horror stories about how Paypal locks accounts and is not 
under control like banks. They can do whatever they want trust the story 
or trust the truth, I think its damage control. Ebay is now to big for 
its britches.
