No accounts were actually deleted, and I know you've seen emails where  
people were talking about being able to log in and do edits.  Plus  
your account information was emailed to you a month ago, and you could  
just try it and see if it works, right?  Or request an automatic  
password reset from the wiki software?

You can either keep it in your brain where it only serves you, or  
share it with the world.  Your choice.
