[V8] Pentosin Leak

I found a banjo fitting at the pump without o-rings once.

I wrapped some paper towel around each banjo fitting and up the hose a
ways to help figure out where the leak may come from.  I think I
secured it with some duct tape.  Be careful in that are though as it
is very close to the exhaust manifold.
