eBay it? :)
Seriously, if you suspected carbon holding an intake open, maybe
there is carbon holding a ring away from the cylinder. For about
$10, I'd get 2 cans of Marvel Mystery Oil, dump 1 can in the gas
tank, and from the 2nd can squirt some into the offending cylinder
and let sit overnight. Run it for a day, then squirt some more
into the offending cylinder. Repeat for a week. Then I'd pray that
that would help; but I wouldn't put money on it.
