[V8] MPG - oh no!!! - New engine feeler

Well the ABH does say "4.2" in big numerals right in front of the
intake.   And the intake itself is aluminum as opposed to the 3.6's IM
that's black in color.

And I believe the exhaust headers may be different, with the 4.2 having
some weird jetsons-looking ring around it.
