[V8] MPG - oh no!!! - New engine feeler

The majority of the 4.2 engines I see are missing that badge.  You can
see the 4 holes where it was mounted, but it's long gone.  Must be
pretty fragile.

I'd be really surprised if your average emissions tester would notice
any difference in exhaust manifold design.
