[V8] Was Low compression - Baffled --- Now it Runs!!!!

Boy, will I agree with that statement. It misses a good bit, and generally 
runs not real great, but I have a couple of things in mind to fix it. At 
least it runs. Thanks for those who offered suggestions and help. And, If I 
had not done four compression tests on it that night, I wouldn't believe it 
myself. What still confuses me is why oil in the cylinders didn't raise it 
more. Each cyl went up by about 15 psi. And, I know I got plenty in there. 
Boy, you should have seen the smoke when it finally started!!!

BTW, I've always said this car is female, and my 4000Q is male. I guess it's 
getting even with me. Maybe it's even a Scorpio female :(
