[V8] windows

Ok, my passenger window is acting up. It goes down and sometime it goes up, sometimes I have to toggle the switch in order to get it to go up (from driver's side). I also noticed that my window light on the door switch is intermitent and flickering. I guess it's the door switch. Do I replace the switch, or is there a fix?
