Mr. "Roger"
I don't know what your problem is(boredom and ignorance comes to mind) attacking me but there are some extremely obvious things that you should consider before you make a derogatory post like that.
First of all, and this is the most painfully obvious fact, my original e-mail to the list was about me looking for a couple of parts for my V8. The e-mail was NOT titled "My experience with AudiConnection" was it? I believe it was something along the lines of "Still need these parts". Based on the title of the e-mail and it's context any person would see what it was about and most importantly what it was NOT about. In case you still can't see it, my e-mail was not intended to give a full on "essay" on my experience with Bruce or AudiConnection. I was just plain looking for parts and simply mentioned within the context that I have tried to obtain them from other sources, one of which was a bad experience. Reason was so the listers on here don't think I'm just "bothering" them without looking elsewhere first.
I really do NOT appreciate all your remarks regarding "childish" behavior or your hints that I may be lying about what happened since, again, I didn't provide full detail about my experience when my e-mail was never about that to begin with. What should my reaction be to all this? That you are acting like an old fart with too much time on his hands? No! I will not be that ignorant.
To all those that have had a good experience with Bruce and contributed to this e-mail, maybe you should consider that people make mistakes. People can stop caring and just because someone has a good track record, when a problem arises you shouldn't jump to conclude that the other party is making up stories. Guess what(this will blow your mind), I heard nothing but good things about AudiConnection too!!! Oh My God! So how could it be that I wasn't happy with him?
Well...
1. Waiting a week at a time to receive a reply isn't exactly professional
2. Took about a month and a half to get my parts since he was taking his time
3. Parts were not shipped out when promised
4. Wrong parts were received
5. At the end I was given a refund with a note saying "I don't have time to look for your parts"
If you guys consider that good service, well...I rest my case.

This list was much like the 928 lists that I belonged to. I think it> might have had something to do with the simple fact that unless you actually> had the experience, you wouldn't know what it was. Certainly in the case of> the 928, almost every other Porsche owner looked askance at the car, as> though the 928 wasn't somehow a "real" Porsche.
