[V8] Personal attacks, discourse and the V8 list

Ok, then.  First off , this list is about owners of V8's and  
repairing, sharing useful information and related items wrt these  
cars.  There is also (unlike Audiworld IME) a genuine comraderie and  
respect in tone and general discourse.  Respect is earned, and not by  
those who say "me, me, me.  I want yada yada yada."  Sorry, Dan, but  
you're the one who comes off as a complete A-hole, not Roger.  I  
think we have been generally quite helpful in responding to your "I  
need this" questioning, but really, your tone is rude and shameful.   
Yeah, I'm almost 44 and I've had my share of cars, but I don't have  
all the answers and am not ashamed that I don't.  Until you decide to  
show some humility you will find this list to be a most unfriendly  
and inhospitable place for you.  Yeah, Roger gets a bit longwinded,  
but we understand that and I don't have  problem with it.

I suggest you look to your postings to the list and see what kind of  
an impression you make to your fellow listers.  Personal attacks,  
swearing and the like have no place here.
