[V8] Chips

I have the IA chip in a 5-speed, and saw an improvement-more torque, less
downshifting on the highway.  I still remember the big grin the first time I
drove it w/ the chip upgrade.

Reason I mention this is because I've got a '91 IA chip that I pulled from
my old 5-speed ECU but have held off installing in the replacement brain
because it didn't seem to have any benefit when I was running it -- in fact,
my friend's old PT 5-spd car with 200k-plus felt just as snappy across the
entire rev range if not moreso than my same car did when mine had the PT
motor.
