[V8] ABZ v ABH

I would imagine its a combination of things. i.e cams, more refined engine 
management (two o2 sensors instead of one) And then there is the variable 
trac intake manifold. Although they are both 4.2's, the abz has a slightly 
longer stroke, and slightly smaller piston
