[V8] Spark Plug Covers

That is just what I did Steve. I just cut the heads off some big pan head
screws with slotted heads and soldered them on to the brass head of the
OEM screw. (the part that is left after you bust off all the plastic)
You could do it so it looked good by using some big brass screw
heads. I didn't bother with that - I just made it work.
